Covenants

At this time, Lansdowne has 4 active covenants, conditions & restrictions (CC&Rs), that were implemented as different sections of Lansdowne were developed.  These covenants were set in place to maintain the integrity of Lansdowne for decades to come. Though the documents vary little, it is advisable to know which document applies to your specific address within Lansdowne. Each of the CC&Rs were renewed in 1995 and will renew in perpetuity every 30 years.  If planning a purchase or significant changes to your property it is important to review the covenants with your real estate attorney.
